We designed a fast internet system managed across 3 different hotspots and, if required, a central router with 16 different cable connections throughout our space. ENJOY! We’ve created a structure for your online enjoyment.

We’ve built from scratch a high-tech control secure access control system for our space to allow you access 24/7. Is it a necessity? Not really. But we know, when you have those customers in Japan and the US, it will be a nice perk.

We are named 10cowork for a reason. We are, literally, 10 mins away from everything. 10mins from Lisbon. 10mins from Costa da Caparica. 10mins from Cacilhas. Then we have the A2, A33 and N10 motorways right next door. Pragal train station and Boa Esperança metro station 5mins walking distance.

The highlight of our space. Cool space hosting reception area, multimedia unit, lots of dedicated plug sockets, light background music, making this a popular relaxed working area with our hipsters. Packed with communal tables, comfy lounge chairs, and sofas. COOL!

Yep! Caffeine is a bare necessity. There’s free coffee and tea available for all our community members. If you are an expresso lover we also have a decent machine, just bring your own capsules.

We are not talking about 1 or 2 spaces. We have at least 20-30 free parking spaces available to all our members. No stress about parking spots!

We are all car fans, but can really appreciate the beauty of mobility. Pragal train station and Boa Esperança metro station right next door.

Cowork spaces can be crowded and noisy. Therefore, we’ve selected several strategically positioned spaces to have those video calls in peace and quiet.

We’ve partnered with over 20 mentors with over 200 years collective expertise in several key areas to ensure your success worldwide. Don’t be shy to ask for help! We’re here to help you out.

We’ve installed a brand new state-of-the-art air conditioning system in all individuals rooms to ensure the best working environment for all our community members.

A freaking lab! Do we even have to say anymore? Here you can play with all your toys – from your Raspberry Pis, to your Drones, and anything in between – plus you can also use this space as a mailroom to ship all your products. We love it!

Offering a more professional space with privacy for all those important meetings. This is not only a meeting room in the heart of 10cowork, it’s a lot more than that. It’s an amazing war room with a common mindset.

Fully loaded with all essential equipment. Here you can prepare all your meals, make a gorgeous cup of coffee/tea, and get a nice piece of toast. Don’t forget to do the washing up!

Cutting edge security system custom designed for us. We keep our premises secure 24/7 with CCTV, motion sensors, and fire alarms. Plus we designed and installed a custom access control system to constantly secure entry and exit points.

Unfortunately, the building wasn’t built from scratch by us, but all we could do to make it disability-friendly we did. No stairs, whatsoever, from car to office. If there’s anything we missed, just let us know and we will improve.
